Add products to your cart, create an account and confirm your email, then check out with your delivery address. You pay when the order arrives.

Cash on delivery: you pay the checkout total in cash to the delivery person. Online payment isn't available yet.

Delivery is ৳120 per order, however many items. It's shown at checkout before you order.

Usually about 15 working days (Monday to Friday) from your order. That's an estimate, not a guarantee: international shipping and customs can take longer. See Delivery.

Open the order in your account. We update each step when it really happens; steps still to come show an estimated date. Once your parcel ships, its carrier and tracking number appear there too.

We haven't published our duties and taxes policy yet. Please contact us before ordering if you need to know whether import duties or taxes apply.

Yes, from your order page while it still shows “Order confirmed”. After that, contact us and we'll tell you what is possible.

The item isn't available right now. We buy it when it becomes available, so it can take longer than the usual delivery time.
