Delivery

We deliver Bangladesh orders to your door anywhere in Bangladesh, and you pay cash when your order arrives.

Delivery charge

৳120 per order, however many items you order. It's shown at checkout, and the total there is exactly what you pay on delivery.

How long it takes

Usually about 15 working days (Monday to Friday) from the day you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: international shipping and customs clearance can take longer.

Each order goes through these steps. We update your order page when a step has really happened; steps still to come show an estimated date. When we ship your parcel, its carrier and tracking number appear there too.

1. Order confirmed
2. Confirmed in the USA (usually around working day 1)
3. Shipped from USA (usually around working day 3)
4. In transit to Bangladesh (usually around working day 8)
5. Arrived in Bangladesh (customs) (usually around working day 10)
6. Out for delivery (usually around working day 14)
7. Delivered (usually around working day 15)

If your order is delayed, we'll update it, and you can always ask us where it is.

Import duties and taxes

We haven't published our duties and taxes policy yet. Please contact us before ordering if you need to know whether import duties or taxes apply.

Pre-order items are bought when they become available, so they can take longer. The product page tells you when an item is on pre-order.

Paying on delivery

• Pay the total in cash to the delivery person when your order arrives.
• Please check the parcel before paying. If something is wrong, see below.
• Keep your phone on: the delivery person may call you to find your address.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel is damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, tell us within 3 days of delivery. See Returns & refunds.

Products bought on Amazon.com through our United States store are shipped and delivered by Amazon, not by us.
